Gluten Free In Las Vegas, Nevada: At The Club

A few weekends ago, I got the opportunity to experience something totally new to me; the Marquee Day Club at the Cosmopolitan Hotel. It's basically like a Las Vegas nightclub, but in a pool with a much more casual dress code. Since our plan was to spend most of the day at the pool - I called ahead to find out if their menu would offer some gluten free friendly food for me. They assured me that there would be plenty of options available to me.
When we arrived at our luxurious canopied day bed that was actually IN the pool, our server was very sweet. She explained that she had received training on which items were safe, but wanted to check with the chef just to be certain. When she returned, she explained that the Chef would be happy to adapt anything on the menu for me.
Just to be safe, I went with the items on the menu that appeared to be naturally gluten free - Mini Seafood Tacos, Shrimp Cocktail, a Fruit Plate (minus the berries), and oodles of bottles of water to combat the three digit heat.
The tacos were amazing, incredibly fresh and flavorful. The chef actually wrapped them with lettuce leaves to keep me safe from any cross contamination issues. Everything I ate was delicious and gluten free - so if you're looking for a Las Vegas club that understands your needs; Marquee would be a good choice.

those tacos look awesome.
everytime was passed the dayclub it seemed like there was music pounding. was it good inside? seemed that way!
Those tacos were amazing!
The music was definitely pounding the entire day - but after awhile, it kind of drains into the background and wasn't so bad. Not really something I'd go for everyday though!
