My 30 Before 30 List
Monday, May 14, 2012 at 5:00AM I love lists.
In March I participated in 30 Days of Lists and it was so much fun and so centering. I like the organization of it all. Mandi over at Living for Pretty posted a 30 Things To Do Before 30 List and I decided that with about 2 1/2 years left to go - I really ought to make one for myself. And since it's got lots of travel, food, and garden related items - I thought I would share it here!
I'll keep coming back and updating the list with successfully accomplished things! In fact, since starting this list in my Moleskine Monthly Planner, I've actually accomplished one of the items - sewing a dress for myself.

It's an infinity dress and thanks to the lovely ladies of Made Sewing Studio for guiding me through the process!

Oh, I love this! I only have 11 months to complete my 30 before 30. Can I just copy & paste yours :)? I would love to hike the Pacific Rim trail with my husband (hopefully going to do it this summer), go on a cruise or some sort of getaway (we've never done before!) w/ husband, read 20 books (that's ambitious for me!). I'm going to start a pinterest board for this. Thanks for the great idea!
Oh, & your dress is amazing! You look fab in it. I can't believe you made that. Then again, I'm so impressed with people who sew. I made 4 jeans quilts for Christmas last year. It was soo much work. I'd love to learn more about sewing. I have the machine (what kind do you have), just need to make the time.
Glad you like the idea - 11 months is totally enough time! Love that you started a pinterest board for it too! I have a Baby Lock Decorator - which I'm still learning to use even though I've had it for about 3+ years!
great dress - love the multi-directional stripes!
Thanks Tina! That was kind of the fun part about making an infinity dress with striped fabric!
Beautiful! Made Sewing is the best--I have an infinity dress of my own thanks to them. I'll be back for more. Love love LOVE your stripes! The list is great too!
Thanks Sarah! Yes, they are awesome!
