Gluten Free & Very Fresh
Wednesday, April 27, 2011 at 8:00AM In addition to starting the CSA-like produce deliveries, we're also starting to plant our own edibles for the season. It's still a little dreary looking since it's been a chilly spring. We've planted tea, romaine lettuce, dill, chives, thyme, sage, chamomile, mint, rhubarb, blueberries, arugula, and tarragon.
We still plan to plant some sun gold tomatoes, cucumbers to make pickles, and pumpkin.

very cool! We just harvested our first lettuce of the season - we even grew it from seeds! it felt good. grats on so many different types of things - tea?! awesome!
Thanks! That's awesome that you grew the lettuce from seeds. We're trying to grow some rainbow chard that way, but I'm not holding my breath on it actually taking.
