Gluten Free In Seattle, Washington: The First Scouting Trip

I can't believe I forgot to write a post about this, but at least I am getting to it before our next trip to Seattle. In one sentence...Seattle seems to be an amazing place to be gluten free. On our first scouting trip we checked out two amazing places that I scouted out on the internet.

2901 East Madison St.
Seattle, WA 98112
(206) 325-9100

I can't remember the exact name of this dish, but it was amazing!  It was grilled polenta with onions, sun dried tomatoes, manchego cheese, and a couple other things. It was probably the best meal out I have ever had that was gluten free.  The staff were amazingly friendly and awesome and I can't wait to go back! They're menu is all vegetarian and mostly gluten free (they also have vegan options).

3510 Fremont Ave. N
Seattle, WA 98103
(206) 442-1115

One of the heavy hitters in the Gluten Free baking world, so this was exciting to try.  Their cafe in Fremont really had a great vibe to it.  I could definitely see myself hanging out there. This picture was of a chocolate chip banana bread and a cup of earl grey tea. It was great!
